| Main Job Purpose:
To participate in qualitative evaluations/ studies conducted by Anova Health Institute aiming to improve the quality of patient care. |

| Data collection | Participate in the design of studies and study tools
Conduct in-depth interviews with patients and health facility staff using interview guides |
| Data capturing and checking | Transcribe audio-recorded data
Collate routine data |
| Feedback and communication | Provide regular reports and feedback on study activities
Liaise and collaborate with health facility staff and communities Record detailed field notes |
| Reporting | Write reports on study activities
Contribute to study reporting and dissemination |
| Patient tracing | Telephonic tracing of patients who have missed appointments
Guiding of patients to appropriate health services according to SOPs |
| Role Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Matric (Grade 12) Belong to PWUD Community (previous drug user or currently on OST programme) Computer literacy Understanding of the South African health services preferable |
