1.Main Purpose of the Role The HTS counsellor is responsible for implementing HIV counselling and testing procedures for all clients at the Ivan Toms Centre and its mobile units. The HTS counsellor also provides all required outreach support to their Mobile Team Coordinator and Professional Nurse in order to successfully implement community-based support activities. 2. Clinical Nurse Practitioner – Ivan Toms (Western Cape)

1.Main Purpose of the Job To deliver high-quality, nurse-led, comprehensive HIV and primary healthcare services to men who have sex with men (MSM) and other key populations through facility-based and community mobile services at Anova’s Ivan Toms Centre, its mobile units, and other DOH sites as needed. The NIMART Professional Nurse will provide integrated clinical care across the HIV prevention and treatment cascade, ensure retention and viral suppression within allocated cohorts, uphold national clinical guidelines and quality standards, and contribute to client-centred, stigma-free services that strengthen health outcomes and continuity of care. 2. Roles and Responsibilities Key Performance Areas Tasks and Activities Clinical Service Delivery, Cohort Management, and Retention Support  Provide standard clinical services at the Ivan Toms Centre, its mobile units, or additional clinic sites as required, including HTS, ART, PrEP, PEP, STI and TB screening, and STI treatment. 1.Main Job Purpose Addressing the unique challenges faced by young women in relation to HIV and AIDS, sexual and reproductive health and overall wellbeing. Offer a package of health interventions as defined by a needs assessment. The package should include: Regular need assessments to identify services gaps: HIV testing services , including HIV -self screening, sexual and reproductive health education and information , HIV prevention services including providing Prep choices, ARV treatment, case management and viral load monitoring, Identify young pregnant women living wit HIV and prevent vertical transmission, TB and STI screening, diagnosis and treatment, sexual and reproductive health services, Basic package of integrated post-violence care , HPV screening and referral To provide quality health care to ADOLESCENT AND YOUNG PEOPLE PROGRAMME, establish linkage into care channels with different facilities, manage their healthcare needs, and ensure treatment completion. 2. Key Performance Areas ART Initiation, TB, HEP B & C, and other NCDs linkage to care Ensure that all the diagnosed HIV positive clients are initiated on ART daily Build relationships and establish linkage to care channels with different facilities in different regions. Provide outreach clinical services i.e., HTS, STI and TB screening and Sputums/Xray done, STI treatment, wound care, antiretroviral treatment (ART), PEP, PrEP and adherence support groups done, non-communicable diseases screening, sexual reproductive health (cervical cancer screening and provision of family planning to all female clients), and referral for specialist services offered only at the clinic. Monitor the activities of Interventionists and provide necessary support to ensure the performance, confidentiality and commitment. Client Liaison Officer: 7 Months FTC

1. Main Job Purpose The Client Liaison Officer is responsible for supporting clients in care at the Ivan Toms Centre, its mobile units, and its Call4Care line. In doing so, the CLO will provide direct support to the project manager to ensure retention, referral, and linkage activities for ART, PrEP, and general health care are in place for clients and fully implemented per protocol. 2. Key Performance Areas Key Performance Areas Tasks and Activities Supporting Retention in Care Support the retention of clients in care by ensuring high standards of service are provided and by maintaining supportive individual client relationships where possible Engage and trace lost to follow up, late, or high-risk clients as requested by the project manager or senior clinical advisor. Proactively identify clients who have not initiated or who may default to identify and facilitate areas of support for these clients. Support the project manager and senior clinical advisor with the implementation of chronic dispensing unit activities as required. Client Engagement and Linkage Serve as one of the primary contacts for clients of the Ivan Toms Centre, its community-based mobile clinics, and/or its Call4care line. 1.Main Job Purpose The Paralegal plays a key role in strengthening community-based human rights interventions by providing legal and strategic support to Human Rights Ambassadors/Reactors. The Paralegal is responsible for reviewing and assessing human rights violation cases documented by Ambassadors/Reactors, providing basic legal guidance on appropriate next steps, and ensuring accurate referrals or escalations to NACOSA Legal Officers where further legal review is required. In addition to case management oversight, the Paralegal actively engages key district stakeholders to strengthen referral networks and advocacy linkages, facilitates sensitisation and human rights training sessions (including where Ambassadors/Reactors are not available to do so), and represents the sub-recipient in relevant district-level forums.
